My fascination with the function of the body has had me studying and working with complementary medicine since 1997. As well as kinesiology, my background has involved nursing, workplace health and safety coaching, associate training for medical and allied health faculties and working with traditional shamanic healing practices.
My Kinesiology practice has evolved and grown with a philosophy to empower people to connect with their inner wisdom and learn from their greatest teacher - the body. I specialise in Neurological and Structural Kinesiology methods and have a passion for helping people to move with more joy and ease through life.
I love working with women who are on a journey of self empowerment and feeling the calling of the soul to grow in clarity and wisdom. I also work with children to support their growth and development to allow for positive learning experiences. There are so many stresses and patterns in life that can interfere with healthy functioning and expression and my purpose is to listen to the body and soul to reveal what people need to be their vibrant self.
